• Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
• Create and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and general enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

• Manage day-to-day communications and arrange meetings as required.
