Customer-focused Jewellery Sales Assistant responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales, assisting customers with product selection and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional, and personalised service.
Assist customers with jewellery selection based on their preferences and needs.
Provide information about products, designs, materials and care.
Build positive customer relationships and provide effective after-sales service.
Process sales, payments and transactions using automated billing systems.
Maintain clean, organised stores and ensure jewellery displays are attractive and properly arranged.
Assist with stock and resource management, deliveries and product organisation.
Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Use CRM platforms to maintain customer information and support customer relationships.
Communicate effectively with customers in Greek or English, Russian is highly preferred.
Work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating initiative, decision-making, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
