Maouris Oikoset is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant with a passion for interiors to join our team.
The ideal candidate will help customers transform their ideas into practical, stylish and functional spaces by offering tailored product recommendations and expert guidance. This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of interior solutions, including wall and floor coverings, sanitary ware and kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in our showroom, identifying their needs, preferences and project requirements.
Provide personalised product recommendations that combine aesthetics, functionality and commercial value.
Prepare and present quotations, product proposals and tailored solutions.
Maintain regular communication with customers, following up on quotations, orders, deliveries and project progress.
Coordinate with the Purchasing and Warehouse Departments to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering a high standard of service throughout the sales process.
Contribute to achieving sales objectives and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in sales, customer service or a related customer-facing role, preferably within the home improvement, interiors or construction materials industry.
A background in interior design or architecture will be considered an advantage.
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into attractive, practical and commercially appropriate solutions.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered an additional advantage.
