Role Overview

The Sales Consultant will support the sale of LINKTOUR electric vehicles to retail, corporate and fleet customers, from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.

The role includes welcoming customers, presenting vehicles, arranging and conducting test drives, following up on leads, and managing each customer journey professionally and efficiently. As a key brand ambassador, you will help establish LINKTOUR as a trusted and exciting new mobility brand in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers, understand their needs, budget and intended vehicle use, and recommend the most suitable LINKTOUR model.
Present vehicle models, specifications, pricing, range, charging requirements, warranty and ownership benefits.
Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers.
Follow up with prospective customers by phone, email and messaging, converting enquiries into sales.
Manage the sales process end-to-end for retail, corporate and fleet customers, including quotations, order documentation, registration coordination, vehicle handover and post-delivery follow-up.
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, enquiries, sales activity and follow-up actions.
Liaise with management regarding pricing, offers, promotions and stock availability.
Support marketing campaigns, launch events, showroom activities and promotional displays.
Keep vehicles and display areas clean, organised and presentation-ready.
Coordinate with logistics, administration and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Stay informed about LINKTOUR vehicles, competitor models, EV market developments and customer incentives.
Work towards monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
A confident, professional and customer-focused approach, with the ability to explain product features clearly and persuasively.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems and other digital tools.
Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages, particularly Russian, are an advantage.
Valid driving licence.
Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
Experience and Knowledge an Advantage
The following are advantageous but not prerequisites:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, leasing, automotive or another customer-facing role.
Experience dealing with corporate or fleet customers.
Knowledge of the Cypriot automotive market.
Interest in electric vehicles, leasing, mobility, sustainability or technology products.
