About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant to drive growth in our Technology Consulting division. This role focuses on selling digital transformation solutions, including workspace optimization, AI-driven tools, automation, and operational consulting services.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them improve efficiency, adopt modern technologies, and scale their operations through tailored consulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in digital transformation and technology consulting
- Promote services including:
- Workspace and productivity solutions
- AI and automation implementations
- Digital operations and process optimization
- Business systems and technology advisory
- Engage with senior decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, Operations Leaders, and CEOs
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges and strategic goals
- Design and present tailored consulting solutions aligned with client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM systems
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, AI trends, and digital business tools
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
- Technology consulting
- SaaS / software solutions
- Digital services or business consulting
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital transformation concepts
- AI, automation, and modern workplace tools
- Business process improvement
- Ability to translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Consultative sales approach (solution selling vs transactional selling)
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Greek and English (mandatory)
- Additional languages are considered a strong advantage

Location
This position is based in Paphos, Cyprus, with flexibility for hybrid work and client engagements as required.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 – 17:00
- Flexible working arrangements may be considered based on performance and business needs
