We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting technology solutions, and supporting sales operations related to IT products and professional broadcast equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service both in-store and over the phone.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions in the fields of IT products, technology solutions, and broadcast production equipment.
Prepare quotations and follow up on orders.
Manage sales transactions and support the invoicing process.
Contribute to business development initiatives in local and international markets and support the growth of online sales channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate closely with the technical department.
Stay up to date with new products, technologies, and industry trends.
Respond to customer inquiries through social media platforms and assist online customers when required.
Requirements
Previous sales experience will be considered an advantage.
Basic knowledge of technology products and IT equipment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Professional attitude with a strong customer-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent command of both Greek and English.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
