Sales Development Representative (B2B)

- Conduct outbound outreach to potential employer clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Use lead generation tools for contact enrichment.
- Hold structured discovery calls to understand hiring needs and recruitment challenges.
- Present Ergodotisi’s job posting packages, bundles, and employer-branding solutions.
- Prepare tailored proposals and communicate pricing/value clearly.
- Manage and track all leads, activities, and pipeline stages in CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for new business and renewal sales.
- Cooperate closely with Customer Support and Account Management to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Participate in outbound campaigns and contribute to improving lead generation activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in Cyprus.
- Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and client needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
- Previous B2B Sales experience is a plus.
- Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Very good communication skills and an extroverted personality
- Experience with Zoho CRM or Lusha is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset and drive to achieve results.
