Cucina & Cucina, member of Ergo Home Group, holds the leading position in Cyprus in the import of stylish and contemporary kitchens, wardrobes, doors and accessories since 1996. Due to continuous expansion, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and talented Sales Executive to join our team in Nicosia. 

Responsibilities:

• Carry out appointments with incoming customers  
• Kitchen design and suggestions for materials and finishes based on customer needs
• Preparation of a detailed quotation based on the design agreed with the customer
• Follow up offers, gain feedback and transform sales leads into sales
• Able to understand customer needs and meet their exact requirements
• Managing the sales process through company’s CRM
• Provide excellent customer service during and after sale
• Meet sales goals and ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Create personal experience that differentiates the company which inspires the customer to return and builds loyalty to the brand

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Executive in kitchen industry will be considered an advantage 
• Degree in Interior Design or knowledge of a design/drawing software (AutoCAD, any 3D software) will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in the Construction industry (Interior Design, Architectural etc) will be considered an advantage
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, both written and oral 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
