You will lead with Mantle, our AI-powered business platform, and carry our growing range alongside it. Fixed base, real commission, and earnings that climb with every deal you close.

And something new — a new exciting, uniquely innovative platform coming in September that pushes automation to new frontiers. You will be among the first to take this essential business platform to market.

The role

You own the sale end to end — prospect, demo, uncover the need, close — and you are the face of Positive across Cyprus, working hybrid between home and our Limassol office.

Prospect — we give you a pipeline (& you can add/build your own) of businesses and professional firms across Cyprus.
Show — run demonstrations that make the value obvious and the decision easy.
Solve — map each prospect’s real problem to the right platform and shape the fit.
Close — carry deals through to signature and beat your targets, quarter after quarter.

What we’re looking for

Sales experience — 2–5 years in B2B sales, ideally selling software or to finance and accounting audiences.

Finance background — enough grounding in finance or accounting to talk credibly to accountants, CFOs and owners.

Sharp — a fast learner who will master our platforms — AI and all — and pitch them with conviction.
Personality — dynamic and extroverted; become the focus of the meeting or call to demo our platforms.
Problem solver — you diagnose before you pitch and turn objections into momentum.
Drive — self-motivated, resilient and relentless to the close.
Bilingual — fluent Greek and English, with a driving licence.
