CPbros Group, is a boutique of leading technology group of companies, operating in cross industries, such as information technology, information security, data privacy, GRC, defence and space security, AI, FinTech and RegTech space. geevo® (a member of CPbros Group specialising in Cybersecurity), is seeking to hire a bright, ambitious Sales Manager for its offices in Larnaca. By joining our dynamic team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales, driving initiatives from concept to business outcomes.

 

Essential Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or economic disciplines.

·       Proven track record in developing new business and managing B2B/B2C sales cycles, from lead generation to closing contracts.

·       Strong customer-facing skills to develop and sustain ongoing relationships.

·       Outstanding communication, presentation and organisational skills.

·       Knowledge of Cybersecurity and IT solutions.

·       Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota;

·       At least 4 years of experience in similar position; 

 

The candidate should be able to demonstrate:

·       Demonstrate sales experience focused on “Growth” roles concentrated on new leads generation.

·       Reliable and robust network and relationships.

·       A consolidated portfolio of qualified contacts (CISO, Security Manager, CIO, CTO, IT Manager)

·       Strong organization skills, high activity, effective oral & written communicator.

·       A Self Starter, able to work effectively alone and with a team.

·       Sales experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software and/or related consulting services.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile: You have spent your career at the intersection of information technology (incl. cybersecurity) — building sales programmes, not just managing accounts. You understand how MSSPs sell, and how to construct commercial relationships that drive durable revenue.

 

Duties:

·       Create an action plan with Management to expand business operations in Cyprus and abroad.

·       Hunter position, the primary responsibility is to hunt for new business. Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold-calling.

·       Initiate sales strategy and territory plan for penetrating and opening net new opportunities.

·       Build and maintain senior relationships across targeted organizations.

·       Maintain deep competitive intelligence on buying behaviour, vendor preferences, and integration strategies across Europe, and beyond.

·       Develop, initiate, and execute a sales plan for target accounts, with clear milestones for each stage.

·       Provide monthly opportunity status updates and an accurate forecast to management and capture relevant information in ERP.

·       Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

·       Represent the company at events, forums, and partner summits.
