We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Manager Assistant to support our sales team in Limassol. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager, helping coordinate sales activities, manage client communications, and ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager.
Prepare presentations, and sales documentation.
Communicate with clients and business partners via email, phone, and in person.
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases. .
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Requirements
Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or assistant role will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
