Sophia Trading Group is a well-established Cyprus-based company, active in the fashion industry since 1979. We engage in retail business, being the franchisees for Calvin Klein and Guess brands. We maintain shops in Limassol and Paphos, our office is in Limassol.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Secretarial duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, dealing with email correspondence and phone calls.
• Managing diaries, organizing meetings.
• Welcoming guests and facilitating the visitors to the building.
• Responsible for managing social media content, promotional offers, and customer engagement
• Assisting the Sales Manager with orders, invoices and receipts.
• Act as a point of contact between the company and the external partners and clients.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Degree holder in Secretarial Studies or Marketing or any other relevant field.
• Knowledge of basic marketing principles.
• Excellent use of the English and Greek language.
