Sales Representative

Philippou Law Firm is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Paphos. The successful candidate will handle prospective client enquiries, present the firm's services and help convert enquiries into new client engagements, working closely with our legal and corporate teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Respond to enquiries, understand prospective clients' needs and identify suitable services. 
• Qualify leads, arrange consultations with lawyers and follow up on proposals. 
• Explain the firm's services clearly and professionally. 
• Build relationships with prospective clients and referral contacts. 
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-up activities. 
• Work towards agreed sales targets and report on progress and opportunities. 
• Coordinate new client handovers with the legal and onboarding teams. 
• Refer legal and technical questions to the appropriate professionals. 

Qualifications and Skills 

• Previous experience in sales, business development or a client-facing role with sales responsibilities. 
• Excellent written and spoken English; Greek and additional languages will be considered an advantage. 
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills. 
• Good organisational skills and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. 
• A proactive approach, consistent follow-up and motivation to achieve results. 
• Professionalism, discretion and respect for confidential information. 
• Experience in legal, corporate or financial services will be considered an advantage; willingness to learn is essential. 

What We Offer 

• Annual gross base salary of €17,000–€22,000, depending on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role. 
• Performance-based bonuses awarded twice a year.
