Thryve, an exciting new brand in gut health and wellness, is looking for dynamic, motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to support our expansion across Cyprus.

We are offering both full-time freelance and salaried opportunities, providing flexibility to suit different professional preferences.

💼 Your Role

As our Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Thryve's market presence, developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the Thryve product range to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and promotional activities.
• Develop and grow an active customer portfolio across Cyprus.
• Work towards agreed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and business development progress.

• Represent Thryve professionally and enthusiastically in the marketplace.

   

🎯 Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, business development or a similar commercial role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach.
• Strong organisational and relationship-building abilities.
• An interest in health, nutrition and wellness.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
• Willingness to travel across Cyprus for customer visits.
• Fluent in Greek, with an intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Valid driving licence.

   

💰 What We Offer

We offer two engagement options:

Freelance Opportunity:

• Attractive, uncapped tiered commission structure of 5%, 7.5% and 10%, based on monthly net sales performance.
• Independence and flexibility in managing sales activities.
• Engagement under an independent contractor agreement.

Salaried Opportunity:

• Competitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance-based incentives.
• Employment benefits in accordance with applicable legislation.
