EMP Medic First Aid is a leader within the emergency response, safety & care sector. Having successfully provided consultation and training services to all types of organizations in Cyprus.

 

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls from existing and new clients for various services and products
• Return calls to prospected clients, to provide a basic outline of our service while collecting the necessary details
• Obtain and evaluate all the information to handle the inquiries correctly
• Report requests and other unsolved issues to the designated person or department
• Provide support via phone and email
• Record the information collected on our program
• Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and guidelines
• Recommending improved procedures
• Any other duties that might be assigned

 

Required candidate profile

• Fluent in Greek and English spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft
• Office, Excel and Outlook
• Computer and typing skills
• Organizational skills and ability to build relationships of trust
• Pleasant personality and communication skills
• Patience, endurance, composure and personal credibility
