We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting a SAP Business One Consultant to join our dynamic team.
 
SAP Business One Consultant 
 

The SAP Business One Consultant supports the end-to-end delivery of SAP Business One solutions, contributing to analysis, documentation, configuration, and testing under the guidance of the Team Leader of Financial Management & Operations. The role participates in workshops, blueprinting, and configuration workstreams, taking ownership of smaller components or supporting larger deliverables such as UAT, data migration, and change requests. The consultant manages product-related activities, gathers requirements, prioritizes enhancements, and coordinates with clients to ensure effective solution usage. The role ensures high-quality deliverables, SLA compliance, strong collaboration with stakeholders, and continuous development of SAP Business One expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Support analysis, blueprinting, and documentation of client business requirements for SAP Business One solutions.
• Configure and support SAP Business One Finance and Operations modules under guidance or independently for assigned workstreams.
• Participate in internal testing, iteration testing, UAT, and validation activities to ensure solution quality and alignment with business needs.
• Support or plan and execute data migration activities, including preparation, validation, and reconciliation of migrated data, depending on the project.
• Assist in go-live activities and post–go-live stabilization, troubleshooting issues in collaboration with the delivery team.
• Support change and enhancement requests by contributing to analysis, configuration, effort estimation, and delivery tracking.
• Manage assigned Jira tickets and support resolution within agreed SLAs, collaborating with team members as required.
• Contribute to SAP Business One upgrades for assigned clients, including analysis, testing, training, and post-upgrade support.
• Maintain accurate timesheets and OSA reports, ensuring timely and correct submission.
• Participate in internal projects and initiatives supporting system improvements, digital transformation, and solution enhancement.
• Ensure confidentiality, information security, and GDPR compliance across all client and internal activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Business Administration or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Intermediate knowledge of system infrastructure.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA.
• Strong understanding of database structures.
• Basic knowledge of accounting-related legislation.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Business One).
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP consulting experience, including involvement in complex project delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Billable hours: actual vs. target achievement.
• Timely resolution of tickets in line with SLAs — no overdue items.
• Accurate and on-time submission of timesheets.
• Correct and timely update of OSA (Operational Support Agreement) reports.
• Delivery of projects within agreed timeframes and budget.
• Customer Satisfaction Index 
• Personal Development Plan (i.e. Certifications)
