SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant - Supply Chain - Sales & Distribution
The SAP S/4HANA Cloud Consultant – Supply Chain - Sales & Distribution is responsible for delivering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions by translating business requirements into system configurations and solution designs. The role focuses on configuring and supporting end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing and procurement, inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics execution, while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and adherence to fit-to-standard principles.
Working under the guidance of the relevant Team Leader, the role contributes to full project lifecycle delivery: presales, blueprinting, configuration, integration, testing, training, go-live support, change management, and post-go-live stabilization. The position ensures high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery while collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support presales activities, including demos, solution presentations, and discovery workshops to capture client requirements and understand business processes.
- Contribute to Scope of Work (SoW) preparation by defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and estimating effort for assigned workstreams.
- Analyze business requirements, map them to SAP configuration options, document processes and specifications, and collaborate with technical or integration teams.
- Configure SAP modules for assigned workstreams, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and business requirements.
- Conduct internal testing, quality checks, and issue resolution; participate in sprint sessions to validate configurations and gather client feedback.
- Prepare and deliver user training, including manuals and documentation aligned with configured solutions and processes.
- Support or execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and master/transactional data migration, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the blueprint.
- Provide go-live support and post-go-live stabilization to ensure smooth transition and business continuity.
- Analyze and implement change or enhancement requests, proposing configuration-based solutions, estimating effort, and tracking progress against SLAs.
- Manage Jira tickets, participate in PMO/internal meetings, and maintain timesheets and monthly reports.
- Support internal system improvement, digital transformation, and SAP enhancement initiatives.
- Liaise with external vendors or subcontractors to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, security, and GDPR policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to understand client business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Familiarity with basic programming (HTML, CSS).
