Περιγραφή εργασίας

Primary Responsibilities:

• Being able to communicate with our clientele, in a professional manner, for discussing their shipping needs, retrieve relevant information and offer solutions
• Engage with our worldwide network of freight forwarders in order to initiate seafreight bookings and follow up their progress in an orderly, punctual and dynamic way
• Enquiring and reviewing relevant shipping documentation (Commercial invoices / packing lists / Bill of Ladings / Custom Certificates, etc.)
• Communicating with shipping lines and their respective electronic systems for booking reservations, enquiries, follow up , cargo arrivals, shipping line expenses and issue of delivery order to clients
• Communicating with our in-house clearing team , as well as custom authorities as necessary for concluding cargo delivery
• Providing follow up information to our clients for their shipments from initiation to conclusion

Requirements

• Previous experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sector shall be considered an immediate advantage
• Academic qualifications in Shipping & Freight Forwarding shall also be considered as an advantage
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language both in verbal and written communication
• Excellent  computer literacy
• Dynamic interpersonal skills and team spirit
