Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol, part of the Muskita Hotels Group, is one of Cyprus’ most renowned 5-star luxury beach hotels. Known for its outstanding hospitality, elegant facilities, and premium services, the hotel offers a dynamic and professional environment for individuals seeking career growth in the hospitality sector.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Security Officer for the 5* Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol.

JOB PURPOSE

To ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, visitors, and property by maintaining a secure environment and responding effectively to security-related matters.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Patrol the hotel premises regularly to ensure safety and security standards are maintained.

·         Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control procedures.

·         Assist guests and staff with security-related concerns in a professional manner.

·         Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, accidents, and disturbances.

·         Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.

·         Control access to restricted areas and verify visitor identification where necessary.

·         Coordinate with hotel management and emergency services when required.

·         Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and emergency procedures.

·         Prevent loss, damage, theft, or unauthorized access to hotel property.

·         Provide a visible security presence to promote guest confidence and safety.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

·         A valid Security Guard License will be considered an additional qualification. Otherwise, the hotel can provide the required Security License and training.

·         Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures

·         Ability to work on shifts (no overnight shifts)

·         Clear criminal record required

·         Driving License

·         Knowledge of Greek and English; additional languages are considered an advantage
