Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain accounting records for companies registered in BVI, Cyprus and the Marshall Islands. • Prepare quarterly management accounts for BVI companies. • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations. • Manage petty cash payments and ensure proper documentation. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by management.
Candidate Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or another relevant field. • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. • Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards. • Proficiency in SAP and CaseWare is essential. • Computer literate, with strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Excellent command of Greek and English, both spoken and written. • Experience with multi-entity structures will be considered an advantage. • Good understanding of financial instruments (bonds and securities) will be considered an advantage.
