Key Responsibilities:

• VAT & Tax Compliance: Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns, VIES, and ensure full compliance with local tax regulations.
• Real Estate Accounting: Manage property-related financial transactions, track rental income/expenses, and oversee property tax requirements.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate financial records for investment portfolios and generate performance and financial reports for management.
• Payroll & HR Administration: Oversee and execute the end-to-end monthly payroll process, manage employee benefits, and handle submissions to labor authorities (e.g., ERGANI system).
• General Ledger: Maintain day-to-day accounting books (Double-entry/Category C books), reconcile bank accounts, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or LCCI Higher Level (or equivalent).

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance or related field.

·       Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken).

·       Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial regulations, and compliance          

        requirements.

·       Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

·       Strong teamwork abilities.

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
