CYAUSE Audit Services Ltd, an audit and accounting firm based in Nicosia, is looking for a Senior Auditor to join its growing team.

Your role

As a Senior Auditor, you will help plan and complete audit engagements, communicate directly with clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and performing audit work in accordance with International Standards on Auditing.
Assessing risks, internal controls, and significant accounting matters.
Reviewing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Preparing and reviewing audit files and supporting documentation.
Communicating with clients to obtain information, resolve outstanding matters, and discuss audit findings.
Monitoring deadlines and helping ensure engagements are completed on time.
Guiding and supporting junior members of the audit team.

What we’re looking for

At least four years of relevant experience in an audit firm, including substantial involvement in financial statement audits.
Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and effective client communication.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Very good written and spoken Greek and English.
An ACA or ACCA qualification, or advanced progress towards one, will be considered an advantage.

Our firm, CYAUSE Audit Services Ltd is accredited by the ACCA, Accounting Audit and Assurance firm with offices in Nicosia and Limassol in Cyprus. Our firm mainly focuses on International Tax Planning Engagements, Company Incorporations, Accounting, Audit and Assurance Engagements.

During 2015 we have been awarded by ACCA as fully compliant with the ACCA policies and procedures. In Cyprus, only 10% of the audit firms achieve such a distinction.

We would like to consider ourselves proactive and technologically advanced providing software and business solutions to our clients which make them more efficient and in effect more profitable.

To serve our clientele better, we have created a Tax Mobile App called “Cyprus Audit & Tax” which aims to add value on the day to day activities of our clients.

It is no wonder that since our establishment in 2011 our strategy for growth has been "client referral" which has been working very well with year on year significant growth.
