This is a high-responsibility role for someone who can operate independently, take ownership of audit engagements, and contribute to building a more efficient and scalable audit function.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Ensure compliance with ISA and Cyprus regulatory requirements
• Review work of junior staff and provide guidance where needed
• Communicate directly with clients in a professional and efficient manner
• Manage multiple engagements and meet reporting deadlines
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to internal systems

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA qualified or nearly qualified
• Minimum 2–4 years of audit experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA
• Ability to manage audits independently
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Previous experience in a Cyprus audit firm will be considered an advantage
