SENIOR AUDITOR

Join Our Audit Team

ILM Advisory Ltd is an established professional services firm based in Limassol, providing audit, accounting, taxation and business advisory services to local and international clients.

Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Auditor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, perform and complete statutory audits of local and international clients in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers using CaseWare Audit International.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Identify and resolve audit and accounting issues, communicating findings to management.
• Manage audit engagements independently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate directly with clients, obtain supporting documentation and resolve outstanding audit matters.
• Participate in client acceptance procedures and prepare the required AML/KYC documentation.
• Prepare corporate tax computations, corporate income tax returns (IR4) and employer returns (IR7).

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, preferably within an audit firm in Cyprus.
• Partly or fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CPA.
• Excellent working knowledge of CaseWare Audit International.
• Very good knowledge of IFRS and ISAs, with the ability to apply them independently.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism and effective communication skills.

Additional Advantages

• Experience auditing international companies, investment holding companies and companies engaged in financing activities.
• Knowledge of Cyprus corporate taxation and statutory reporting requirements.
