The role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Budgeting & Reporting Analyst with strong business insight to support the delivery of accurate and timely reports and budgets. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high-quality financial reporting while leveraging your analytical skills to address ad-hoc business needs and support informed decision-making across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting in financial research, analysis and reporting as listed below (the list is not exhaustive):

• Operational Reports

• Divisional Reports

• Group Reports

• Annual Regulatory Reporting

• Ad-hoc Reports and analysis

• Providing evidence of evaluation of current practices, proposing new procedures to improve financial management practices and continually evaluating and reviewing policies and practices that affect the budgeting and reporting cycle.

• Assisting during the following stages of the budget cycle:

• Distribution of individual budgets

• Assisting in the preparation of individual budgets

• Consolidation of individual budgets

• Budget monitoring and evaluation

• Assisting in assessing implications of products, prices and other proposed business strategies by conducting studies, cost accounting exercises, revenue / expense analysis and projections that will assist senior management in formulating strategic decisions

• Liaising and maintaining communication with other departments to facilitate the achievement of financial objectives

• Building and maintaining information and reporting systems. Assisting in developing and implementing principles, strategies and procedures and recommendations which support effective information management and information sharing

• Provide administrative support and coordination related to the SAP ERP system, acting as the point of contact and liaising with internal teams and external service providers to identify, escalate, and resolve system‑related issues

Your Profile:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or other Business-related field;

• Postgraduate degree will be considered as an advantage

• 4 - 5 years of related experience

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Advanced Excel Modelling skills (able to work with large and complex data sets) and PowerPoint

• Experience working with Power BI, SAP ERP system and knowledge of SQL, will be considered an advantage

• Strong business and commercial awareness

• Fluency in Greek and English
