CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services with expanding offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Consultant to join their growing team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for providing high quality administration, and fiduciary services to high-net-worth families, individuals, and institutional clients. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with approximately 5+ years experience in a corporate, fiduciary, or professional services environment. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, in line with company values is essential and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are a must. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer based on skills and experience, including Hybrid working options.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support and handling of daily administration of Cyprus and foreign corporations (including holding, finance, trading, and management companies) as well as Trusts and Foundations.
- Understand clients' financial, business, and administrative goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Be responsible for profitability of the mandate as well as the invoicing and collection from the client.
- Oversee the administration of mandates, ensuring compliance and best practice with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare all documents, instruments accounts of the mandates.
- Assist in ensuring that client files and records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the monitoring of deadlines and compliance obligations (e.g. filings, renewals, updates).
- Follow internal procedures, policies, and regulatory guidance at all times.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with trust and fiduciary regulations.
- Prepare reports for management, auditors, and regulators.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and risk mitigation practices.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in a corporate, fiduciary, or professional services environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-oriented approach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, service- and team-oriented, and resilient professional
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, in line with company values.
- Basic understanding of corporate services and compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a digital environment.
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work under pressure.
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
