As a Senior Cook, you will face challenges but will also be supported, with your contributions recognized and rewarded. At Kanika, you have the opportunity to grow in a secure and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Familiar with large-volume cooking equipment in a modern kitchen
Knowledgeable in all kitchen tasks and menu recipes
Prepare starters, salads, soups, cold dishes, bread, and pastries for buffet or service
Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards
Able to replace the Team Leader and cover for colleagues as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate of a Hotel School
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Very good knowledge of local and international cuisine
EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
