CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established, and well-known global business services provider with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join their growing team. As a Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in managing the Group’s digital presence and supporting the development and execution of its digital marketing strategy. This position combines website management, digital campaign execution, content creation, and client engagement, with a strong focus on delivering measurable marketing results. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who possess 4+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing role. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English, with excellent knowledge of WordPress, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools and platforms. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer which includes a 13th salary, Provident Fund, and Medical Insurance.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage, develop, and maintain the Group’s websites, ensuring content, links, images, and other digital assets are accurate, up to date, and fully functional.
• Develop and implement the Group’s digital marketing strategy across relevant digital platforms and channels.
• Create engaging and relevant content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Develop and coordinate digital marketing campaigns in line with the Group’s business and marketing objectives.
• Communicate marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to clients and business introducers.
• Coordinate with and monitor the performance of external marketing providers, agencies, and other partners.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
• Support business development initiatives and organise and participate in meetings with clients and prospective business partners.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or another relevant field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent working knowledge of WordPress, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience in website content management and digital content creation.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and external partners.
• Advanced computer literacy, including excellent knowledge of MS Office and Content Management Systems.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience within the fiduciary, corporate, professional, or business services sector will be considered an advantage, but is not essential.
• Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage.
