You’ll own and deliver digital marketing results across paid media, programmatic, SEO, and social. As a senior specialist, you’ll support the performance of the whole department, working alongside the specialists and stepping in where your expertise makes the biggest difference. Your job is to deliver, advise, and raise the standard of execution.

• Plan, run, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, social) against clear client KPIs, taking full ownership of your tasks
• Manage budgets and allocation, and report on efficiency and ROI
• Support and cover the specialist areas (paid media and programmatic, SEO, and social), step in where needed to prevent and troubleshoot performance issues
• Adapt campaigns, content, and targeting for Turkish-speaking audiences, drawing on your knowledge of local platforms and user behaviour
• Own cross-channel analytics: tracking, attribution, and reporting, and make data-backed recommendations
• Contribute your specialist expertise to planning, bringing ideas, recommendations, and best practice
• Work closely and coordinate with other Teams and with external stakeholders (agencies, clients, etc.)
• Apply AI and automation across channels, recommend best practice, and help roll it out for the whole department, always with a review step for quality and compliance
• Coach colleagues, share technical know-how, and help build our testing culture and playbooks
• Flag competitor, regulatory, and platform changes early

What you bring

• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with proven results across a variety of channels
• Strong depth in at least two of: paid media, programmatic, SEO, and social, and good working knowledge of the rest
• Native-level Turkish and fluent English, written and spoken
• Experience managing budgets and improving results
• Strong command of analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation in marketing is ideal, but a willingness to learn and use it daily is just as welcome
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking full ownership of your tasks without needing strategic direction

Nice to have

• iGaming, crypto, fintech, or similar industry experience
• Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues
