Job description

The successful candidate will be part of Altamira’s Real Estate Strategy & Pricing Department and report directly to the Department’s Supervisors and Manager.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the preparation of property valuations and other asset related reports to assist the sale of the assets in the portfolios managed by Altamira Real Estate

· Assessment of property valuation reports by external valuers

· Portfolio underwriting and valuation services

· Carry out reviews of third-party valuations and provide opinion of value

· Perform on-site property inspections when required

· Provide support and real estate insights to the Commercialization and Asset Management Departments

· Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the Management

· Keep ahead and up to date with real estate market trends and best practices

Requirements

· Bachelor’s and / or Master’s Degree in the field of Property Valuation, Real Estate Management or in any other field if supported by real estate experience

· At least five (5) years of proven work experience in property valuations / advisory valuation services

· Member of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK)

· Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will be considered an advantage

· Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written  

· Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, local property and planning legislation and regulations

· Proven ability to multi-task, be a team player, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)

Altamira’s Offices in Nicosia (Latsia)
