Senior Property & Transaction Management Officer, Nicosia – SPTM/11/26

Our client is looking for a skilled Senior Officer to support the evaluation, management, and sale of properties within our real estate portfolio. If you have strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and experience in real estate transactions, this role offers a dynamic environment and meaningful responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate properties and prepare recommendation reports (PowerPoint & Excel) aligned with strategy and approval requirements.
• Assess maintenance or cleaning needs based on the nature and condition of each property.
• Review technical reports, drawings, and other technical documentation.
• Maintain records and prepare periodic statistical reports on portfolio performance.
• Organize and update files with all relevant property information and documents.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate offers submitted by partners or real estate agents for property sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales and related KPIs regularly.
• Track the local real estate market through studies, listings, and relevant reports.
• Communicate with authorities to obtain necessary information and documentation.
• Oversee the full process of property sale and transfer completion.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in property management, valuations, or real estate transaction management.
• University degree or postgraduate degree in:
  • Real Estate
  • Civil Engineering
  • Architecture
  • or related field
• Member of ETEK.
• Professional qualifications such as RICS are considered an advantage.

Skills

• Strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational and management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office – especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
