You’ll grow our organic visibility and traffic through SEO, content, and authority building, and you’ll prove the results with data. This is a hands-on specialist role with full ownership of SEO delivery.

• Plan, run, and optimise SEO activity across technical, on-page, and off-page work against clear KPIs
• Develop and execute SEO plans: keyword research, content briefs, and link-building
• Optimise existing content and site structure to improve rankings and conversions
• Own SEO tracking and reporting: rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and visibility, using Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools, and turn the data into clear recommendations
• Test and document the impact of SEO changes
• Work closely and coordinate with other Teams and with external stakeholders (agencies, clients, etc.) 
• Use AI and automation in your daily work, for example for keyword clustering, audits, content briefs, and reporting, with a human review step for quality and accuracy
• Keep up with search engine updates and make sure all SEO activity follows search engine guidelines and applicable advertising rules

What you bring

• 3+ years’ hands-on SEO experience, with results you can demonstrate
• Strong technical SEO skills: site architecture, crawling and indexing, page speed, structured data
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
• Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into actions
• Experience with content-led SEO and white-hat link-building
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools in marketing is ideal, but a willingness to learn and use them daily is just as welcome
• Clear written and spoken English
• Proactive and independent, with full ownership of your tasks
• Right to work in Cyprus (EU citizenship or an existing work or residence permit)
• Willingness to work on-site from our Limassol/Nicosia office

Nice to have

• iGaming, crypto, fintech or similar industry experience
• Experience with multi-language or international SEO
• Additional languages, for example Turkish is a strong plus
