Medical Coordinator (Serbian/Croatian Speaking)

Role Overview

Aphrodite Egg Bank is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Medical Coordinator fluent in Serbian/Croatian. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our donors and patients from the Balkan region, guiding them through the medical, logistical, and emotional journey of assisted reproduction. You will act as a vital link between our clinical team and those seeking our services, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Patient & Donor Advocacy: Act as the primary liaison for Serbian/Croatian speaking individuals, explaining complex medical procedures with clarity and compassion.
• End-to-End Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of the donation or treatment process, including scheduling clinical appointments, laboratory screenings, and medication protocols.
• Logistics Management: Organize travel and transportation arrangements to ensure a stress-free experience for our donors and patients.
• Administrative Integrity: Maintain meticulous electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring all patient files are updated, accurate, and handled with 100% confidentiality.
• Communication Hub: Manage high volumes of professional correspondence via phone and email, providing timely updates to both the medical team and the patients.

 

Required Skills & Experience

• Languages: Native or professional fluency in Serbian/Croatian is mandatory. Proficiency in Greek and/or English is also required.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and private matters with the utmost discretion.
• Organization: Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail, especially when working under pressure or tight deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and general database management.
• Experience: Previous experience in IVF, healthcare coordination, or a patient-facing clinical role is highly advantageous.

Περιγραφή Θέσης

Η Aphrodite Egg Bank αναζητά έναν/μία αφοσιωμένο/η Ιατρικό/ή Συντονιστή/τρια με άριστη γνώση της Σερβικής/Κροατικής γλώσσας. Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα αποτελεί τον βασικό σύνδεσμο μεταξύ της κλινικής και των Σερβόφωνων δοτριών και ασθενών, καθοδηγώντας τους στα ιατρικά, οργανωτικά και συναισθηματικά στάδια της διαδικασίας.

 

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες

• Υποστήριξη Ασθενών & Δοτριών: Επικοινωνία με Σερβόφωνους ενδιαφερόμενους, επεξήγηση των διαδικασιών και παροχή καθοδήγησης σε κάθε στάδιο.
• Συντονισμός Διαδικασιών: Προγραμματισμός ιατρικών ραντεβού, εργαστηριακών εξετάσεων, φαρμακευτικής αγωγής και διαχείριση ταξιδιωτικών λεπτομερειών (logistics).
• Διοικητική Υποστήριξη: Τήρηση και διαρκής ενημέρωση των ιατρικών φακέλων των ασθενών με απόλυτη ακρίβεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
• Επικοινωνία: Διαχείριση καθημερινής αλληλογραφίας (email και τηλεφωνήματα) με επαγγελματισμό και συνέπεια.

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Γλώσσες: Άριστη γνώση (επίπεδο μητρικής) Σερβικών/Κροατικών. Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικών ή/και Αγγλικών.
• Δεξιότητες: Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές ικανότητες και δυνατότητα εργασίας υπό συνθήκες πίεσης.
• Εχεμύθεια: Ικανότητα χειρισμού ευαίσθητων προσωπικών δεδομένων με απόλυτη διακριτικότητα.
• Ψηφιακές Γνώσεις: Βασικές γνώσεις χειρισμού Η/Υ και εφαρμογών γραφείου (MS Office).
• Εμπειρία: Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή στον κλάδο της υγείας/IVF θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
