YooJob Solutions is hiring a Shift Manager on behalf of one of the most prestigious and fastest-growing padel clubs in Limassol.

If you're passionate about sports, customer service, and creating an exceptional member experience, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and energetic team. You'll play a key role in the daily operations of the club while helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for members and visitors.

Working Schedule

Thursday – Sunday
15:00 – 24:00 (until the last guest)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and refreshments.
• Manage the sale of padel equipment and merchandise.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the club.
• Assist with the organisation and coordination of tournaments, events, and club activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive club environment.

Requirements:

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Greek, Russian, or any additional language will be considered an advantage.
• Passion for sports, hospitality, and customer service.
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or sports clubs will be considered an advantage.
