JOB POSITION: SITE ARCHITECT
Company: Morphe Architects LLC, member of the Crona Group
Location: Site at Limassol

Morphe Architects LLC, a leading architectural firm and a member of the Crona Group, is seeking talented and experienced Site Architects to join to construction site team in Limassol.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical Design & Documentation Management. Shop Drawing Review, RFI Management, As-Built Documentation from architect side.
• Quality Control & Compliance. Material Approval Requests (MARs), Quality Assurance (QA/QC).
• Preparation MOM, Report and snagging list.
• Communication with construction team and client.
• Collaboration with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored architectural solutions.
• Site supervision and coordination all other consultants.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (University/AEI) in Architecture / Architectural Engineering. A Master’s degree will be considered an additional advantage. 
• Proven professional experience of at least five (5–10) years in a similar role.
• Registration with ETEK.
• Excellent knowledge of planning legislation and licensing procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D design software (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, etc.).
• Excellent command of the Greek language. Knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an additional advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High level of professionalism, responsibility, teamwork, and collaborative spirit.
