St Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for a new associate for the position of Social Media & Marketing Administrator.

Job Overview

The Social Media & Marketing Administrator will provide administrative support, on various social media and marketing tasks and implement in the most efficient and effective manner.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

• To carry out administrative and secretarial duties and support the marketing and executive team.
• Set up and optimize on a daily basis the company’s page within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content and measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Researching social media and marketing trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s promotional activities.
• Handling online communication with guests and assist in requests.
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure all marketing information are informative and appealing.
• Handle the process of the Hotel’s Podcast, from planning to execution and sharing on social media.
• To maintain good relations with businessmen, VIPs and in general cultivates a circle in which positive comments about the Resort and its activities are encouraged.
• To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned.
• Conceptualize & develop graphic design, social media assets, artworks for branding, and sales & marketing collaterals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Secretarial and organizational skills.
• Must speak and write English and Greek very well. Knowledge of another language will be considered an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, TikTok etc)
• Familiarity with graphic design tools and photo/video editing
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar position
• EU passport holder
