Content Creation and Management:

• Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with the company's marketing strategy.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, graphics) tailored for each platform.
• Ensure all content adheres to the brand's tone, voice, and style guidelines.

Social Media Strategy and Execution:

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring of content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Community Management:

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.

• Monitor online conversations and participate where relevant to build relationships and manage the brand's online reputation.

   

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like META Ads Manager, Sprinklr.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
• Suggest innovative ideas to boost audience engagement and brand presence.

Campaigns and Collaborations:

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and other third parties to expand brand reach.
• Compliance and Crisis Management.

 Ensure all content and activities comply with relevant laws, guidelines, and company policies.

Address potential crises swiftly and professionally in collaboration with PR and management teams.
