Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef
Strong knowledge of professional kitchen operations
Excellent command of Greek and English
Leadership skills and ability to guide and motivate the kitchen team
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Commitment to cleanliness, quality, consistency, and food safety standards
Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef / Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team during service
Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to menu standards
Maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all sections
Assist with menu preparation, mise en place, ordering, and stock control
Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and HACCP procedures
Help train, guide, and support junior kitchen team members
Ensure smooth communication and workflow between all kitchen sections
