If you are seeking a service-oriented role leading a dynamic team, consider the Spa Supervisor position. In this role, you will lead your team and collaborate with various hotel departments, sharing Kanika Hotels & Resorts' vision of providing guests with an exceptional holiday experience in Cyprus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees the smooth running of the SPA & Fitness Club Department on a day-to-day basis to achieve high levels of Guest Satisfaction.
• Increases sales of memberships and in-house products by preparing and implementing promotional plans.
• Supervises Personnel to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service following the KANIKA Hotels & Resorts guidelines and the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for the ordering and maintaining of stock levels for all the Spa products.
• Arranges for the training of new treatments to the highest of standards and co-ordinates a departmental Orientation/Induction program for new employees.
• Handles complaints/guest comments and ensures guest satisfaction by resolving issues and following up.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate of a Hospitality or Leisure School or an experienced Spa & Fitness Professional.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position of another 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit.
