VACANCY

Louis Hotels is seeking to recruit a qualified professional individual for the position of a Statistics Analyst for Louis Hotels Head Office at Engomi, Nicosia. 

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Statistics Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization, working closely with the Revenue team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data from various systems and prepare statistical reports.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Collect and analyze datasets from a variety of systems (PMS, OTA platforms, RMS tools, Excel reports, etc.).
• Develop and maintain statistical models to forecast demand, revenue, and customer behavior.
• Analyze ADR (Average Daily Rates) per period, meal board, room type etc.
• Participate in yearly pricing per market per hotel.
• Create and maintain data visualizations (e.g., Excel dashboards) to clearly present insights to management.
• Continuously improve analytical processes and methodologies for efficiency and accuracy.
   

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning concepts is an advantage.
• Previous experience in data analysis of revenue management is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities with great attention to detail.
• Excellent command of Greek and English Languages. 
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel. PMS will be considered as a plus. 
• EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
