VICTORIA’S SECRET STORE LEADERSHIP TEAM 

Victoria's Secret is a leading global brand with a mission to empower women in everything they do. Our portfolio includes modern collections featuring iconic lingerie, comfortable sleepwear, activewear, swimwear, as well as award-winning fragrances and body care products. 

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager and a strong Store Leadership Team to play a key role in leading our sales team, achieving business objectives, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

Drive consistent sales and profit growth by: 

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, strong selling skills, and building lasting customer loyalty. 

• Maximizing sales performance by spending approximately 80% of working time on the sales floor, actively monitoring store operations and supporting the sales team. 

• Leading and developing the sales team by coaching, mentoring, and role-modelling best sales and operational practices, while taking ownership of leading 10–12 sales segments each week. 

• Maintaining visual merchandising standards by ensuring an attractive store presentation and executing merchandising strategies that maximize product sales. 

• Analysing business performance by reviewing sales results, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating effective action plans. 

• Managing store operations by implementing company policies and procedures, optimizing, scheduling, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring cash handling accuracy. 

• Managing costs effectively to maximize store profitability. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. 

• At least 3 years of management experience in retail. 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.  

•Strong business analysis and problem-solving abilities. 

• Customer-focused mindset with a strong results orientation. 

• Good command of the English language. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
