As part of our continuous growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a:

Store Manager for Limassol

Brief Description

We are looking for a result driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. 

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Train, coach, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Support and guide the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Foster a strong team culture through effective communication, organization, and continuous professional development.
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in line with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure the team remains fully informed on products, company policies, and established procedures.
• Lead and oversee daily store operations, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage store performance and productivity to achieve KPIs.
• Implement workforce and resource planning strategies to optimize staffing schedules.

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in retail store management
• Very good command of the English language and strong PC/system skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to monitor and analyze KPIs
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven leadership abilities with a strong business-oriented mindset
• Strong customer-focused approach
• Passion for sports and fashion
