Doorstep Multibrand Kitchens is a fast-growing food company operating multiple restaurant brands from shared kitchen locations across Cyprus.

We currently manage three exciting brands: Marinado, Flipstreet Burgers, and Makai Poke Bowls, with a strong focus on delivery, operational excellence, food quality, and a 5-star customer experience.

We are seeking a motivated Store Manager to join our expanding team, to manage the opening and operations of our new shop in Paphos.

Core Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Facility Management

• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 until 16:00
• Overviews daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, top quality result and excellent customer service
• Executes the daily opening protocol (security, equipment startup, invoice management).
• Monitors fridge temperatures and equipment functionality to ensure food safety compliance.
• Oversees shop hygiene, including strict checklists for the kitchen, POS station, and restrooms.
• Manages facility maintenance tasks, checklists and store care routines (e.g., watering, cleaning schedules, equipment, closing checklists).
• Manages all internal processes as per Doorstep Operational Standards (H&S, HACCP, ISO)
• Acts as the primary H&S Officer for their shop
• Is trained as a First Aider
• Checks aggregator reviews actions and documentation

Procurement & Inventory Control

• Audits daily sales and stock levels to place accurate orders with all suppliers.
• Manages deliveries from suppliers and conducts quality inspections upon receipt (checking for freshness and correct temperatures).
• Resolves supply chain gaps by sourcing missing items from local markets as needed to ensure 100% menu availability.
• Maintains organized storage for packaging, soft drinks, and dry goods.
• Checks and monitors kitchen waste

Team Leadership & Administration

• Prepares and publishes weekly staff schedules.
• Manages the "Punch In/Out" system, monitors and approves overtime.
• Supervises, motivates, and trains staff to ensure adherence to Doorstep's Operational Standards.
• Conducts staff talks to resolve issues and maintain a positive working environment.
• Assists employees with welfare-related issues as directed by operations

Kitchen & Service Support

• Provides active "on-the-line" support in the kitchen during the 11:30 – 14:30 peak period and whenever sales volume demands it.
• Ensures all "Prep" tasks are completed (thawing, marinating, rice cooking) to prevent service delays.
• Oversees the POS station to ensure packaging and soft drinks are stocked as needed.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry or elsewhere is a plus
• Good communication and people skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Fluent in English and Greek
