Domino’s Pizza Cyprus is a growing vibrant company, part of the dynamic Domino's worldwide pizza chain. We are looking for motivated, reliable and hardworking Store Managers for our store in Limassol.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the store’s financial and administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the store runs smoothly, achieves sales targets, and maximizes profitability.
• Responsible for training and coaching employees to improve their skills, performance, and knowledge of store procedures
• Provide hands-on assistance during shifts, actively participating in daily operations and supporting all areas of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance

Main Requirements

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of up to 13 employees

• Strong work ethic with a cheerful disposition and excellent communication skills

   

Full training will be provided.
