Main Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
Achieve sales targets and support the overall profitability of the store.
Monitor food costs, stock levels and waste to ensure effective cost control.
Manage staff schedules and labour costs while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
Ensure orders are prepared correctly, meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Ensure food quality, safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
Ensure the store follows company policies, procedures and operational standards.
Lead, support and motivate the team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
Main Requirements
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and support the team.
A hands-on approach, willing to take an active role in all store activities, including pizza preparation, customer service and cleaning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff and customers.
Ability to manage and organise a team of up to 12 employees, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to quality, service and customer satisfaction.
