Xiaomi Store - Authorized Reseller, member of Info Quest Technologies, the largest IT company and the official distributor of Xiaomi in Greece, Cyprus, and Romania, is expanding its retail network in Cyprus and is seeking an:

Store Manager (ESMLI 0926)

The ideal candidate will contribute to the management of the daily operations of our Xiaomi Store in Limassol, ensuring high-quality customer service and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• The implementation of the store's business strategy
• The management and organization of operations
• The supervision of the sales team and ensuring its efficiency
• The execution of commercial strategies to increase sales
• The management of inventory and monitoring product availability
• Compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• The guidance and development of the store team
• The handling of customer complaints and ensuring a high level of satisfaction

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail store (ideally in a technology store)
• Excellent command of the English language
• Good knowledge of technology products
• Proficiency in using technological tools and applications, with excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and adaptability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Familiarity with technology software tools and applications
