Our client is a well-established company operating in the food service and quick-service restaurant sector in Cyprus. On be half of them we are looking for a Store Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, achieving commercial targets, leading and developing the team, maintaining strong financial and operational controls, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store’s daily operations and ensure sales, profitability, and operational targets are achieved.
• Support the annual budgeting and business planning process together with the Operations Manager.
• Monitor income, expenses, stock levels, wastage, and overall store performance.
• Ensure stock, equipment, cash handling, and administrative procedures are managed correctly.
• Lead, motivate, train, and monitor the performance of store employees.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and maintain strong team communication.
• Support local marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HACCP requirements, employment legislation, and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure customer issues are handled professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the business with customers, employees, and external contacts.

Requirements

• Strong leadership capabilities
• Previous experience as a Store Manager will be considered an advantage.
• Assistant Store Managers or candidates with similar supervisory experience will also be considered
• Willingness to perform all store-related duties, including food preparation and cleaning tasks
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills
