Main Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

· Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and increase sales through in-store and external activities, including workshops, birthday parties, school visits, corporate events, and product sales.

· Identify market opportunities, research competition, and propose actions to increase turnover and profitability both locally and internationally.

· Expand business by approaching schools, retailers, corporations, and other organizations for product or service adoption and resale.

· Explore potential locations for company-owned or franchised stores, managing contracts, permits, architecture layouts, contractors, and suppliers.

Store & Operations Management:

· Supervise day-to-day store operations, including budgets, financial records, cash flow, POS systems, and other operational software/hardware.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain smooth and efficient store operations.

· Strategize and monitor stock management and replenishment to meet demand efficiently.

· Take a hands-on role in the daily operation of the store, personally supporting customer service, product presentations, sales activities, and POS transactions as required.

Team Leadership & Human Resources:

· Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate employees across stores and partner locations.

· Monitor employee performance, organize schedules, and implement continuous development plans to ensure high-performing teams.

Customer Relations & Partnerships:

· Manage relationships with parents, schools, corporations, and other organizations to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

· Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring positive outcomes and long-term engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven experience in store management, business development, and team leadership.

· Strong knowledge of KPIs, sales strategies, marketing planning, and financial management.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects, stores, and partners simultaneously.

· Experience with POS and business software systems.

· Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to confidently present and promote products and services.

· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a hands-on approach to daily store operations.

Remuneration & Working hours:

· Gross Salary: €1,800 – €2,200 per month

· 13th Salary: Included

· Working Schedule: 6 days per week, 40 hours per week

· Performance & Sales Bonus: Additional bonus based on performance and sales results

Location: Kolonakiou Area, Limassol
