New Store Opening | Estia Home Art

As part of our expansion into Cyprus, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our new Estia Home Art corner at the Mall of Cyprus in Nicosia.

We are looking for a hands-on retail leader who will inspire the team, drive commercial performance and bring the Estia Home Art philosophy to life for our customers.

Your Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operation of the store, with a strong focus on sales, team leadership and customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the store team
• Organizing daily operations, staff schedules and priorities
• Driving sales performance and achieving store targets and KPIs
• Monitoring results and identifying opportunities to improve performance
• Ensuring excellent customer service and a consistent brand experience
• Managing stock levels, deliveries and inventory procedures
• Ensuring product displays and visual merchandising are always aligned with brand guidelines
• Maintaining high operational and presentation standards throughout the store
• Acting as a role model for the team through a hands-on approach to selling and customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory position
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Commercial mindset and results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment
• Confidence in working with sales targets and retail KPIs
• Good computer skills, including Excel and email; ERP experience will be considered an advantage
• Genuine interest in home, interior design and contemporary lifestyle trends

What We Offer

• €1,600–€1,800 gross monthly salary, depending on experience
• 13 salaries per year
• Performance bonus based on achievement of store targets
