Structural / Façade Engineer

Our Limassol headquarters is seeking a talented Structural/Façade Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will collaborate with architects and other professionals to design and deliver exciting, world class buildings.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze aluminium façade systems to meet structural and performance requirements.

• Prepare structural calculations and technical reports in accordance with relevant codes and standards.

• Evaluate façade systems for wind, seismic, dead, and live loads.

• Review architectural drawings and provide technical input during design stages.

• Collaborate with façade designers, architects, and production teams.

• Provide technical guidance and communicate with clients to establish their needs, maintaining a dialogue throughout the project.

• Attend site meetings along with the project team regarding technical issues

• Research and evaluate new systems to meet specific project criteria

• Developing new die drawings for aluminium profiles and gaskets as per structural and project requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Building Design (Architectural)

• In-depth technical and design skills related to building envelope design, façade / curtain wall detailing, drafting, shop drawings, or architectural tenders

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of structural design codes and façade performance requirements

• Ability to conceptualize and design practical solutions

• Ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships

• Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solidworks, Revit, Sketch-Up).

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team and with other departments

• Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
